As India undergoes rapid infrastructure growth—particularly in sectors like renewable energy, oil & gas, and pressure vessel manufacturing—the demand for high-precision, heavy-duty metal forming equipment is at an all-time high.
Our latest BAIZHUO 4-roll rolling machine is engineered to meet these precise demands, offering high-speed pre-bending and rolling of thick steel plates in a single pass.
As shown in image.png, the machine features a heavy-duty hydraulic tipping structure at the drop end. This ensures a stable, fully automated tipping process that allows Indian operators to safely and smoothly unload finished heavy cylinders and cones, significantly boosting workshop safety and throughput.
The machine boasts a robust, fully enclosed structural frame painted in our signature industrial blue and white (visible in image_2.png). This heavy-duty design provides maximum structural rigidity to absorb immense stress during the plate rolling process, guaranteeing long-term accuracy and stability in demanding tropical factory environments.
To help our clients tackle labor shortages and rising production costs, this machine comes equipped with an advanced, intelligent CNC control console.
Intelligent 3D Simulation: The responsive PLC touchscreen displays real-time 3D graphics of the rolling process, allowing operators to monitor the exact coordinates of the left, right, and lower rollers with micron-level precision.
One-Touch Processing: Operators simply input basic parameters such as material thickness and target radius, and the CNC system automatically calculates the rolling path—enabling even less-experienced operators to achieve flawless results on the first try.
Every internal component of this machine is selected for maximum uptime and reliability. the electrical control cabinet is meticulously wired according to international CE and industrial safety standards. Built with premium breakers, relays, and a highly stable PLC system, it ensures excellent heat dissipation and fault-preventive diagnostics, making it fully reliable under continuous, heavy-load production conditions.
