The machine body adopts an integral steel plate welded structure and undergoes tempering treatment in a large tempering furnace to eliminate deformation caused by welding and processing stresses, ensuring the machine tool's accuracy.

The main cylinders on both sides utilize imported electro-hydraulic single servo valves and a grating ruler from the Spanish company FAGOR to form a closed-loop control system. This ensures accurate feedback, accurate slider movement, and high bending and slider repeatability. The slider position feedback is highly accurate, operation is precise and stable, synchronization performance is good, and bending and slider repeatability are high. The backstop uses a more sophisticated precision CNC backstop mechanism. The hydraulic system employs an integrated control system, reducing pipeline installation, overcoming oil leakage, ensuring the machine tool's operational stability, and resulting in a simple and aesthetically pleasing appearance.

The automatic mechanical deflection compensation mechanism eliminates the impact of slider deformation on workpiece quality. The CNC system automatically adjusts the compensation amount, making operation convenient and accurate. The CNC system uses the Dutch Delem dedicated CNC system for bending machines.
