The frame is a steel structure, with the left and right uprights, worktable, and pressure plate welded together into a unified structure. After welding, internal stress is eliminated through tempering, resulting in excellent rigidity and high stability. ANSYS finite element analysis software is used to ensure the reliability of critical components such as the frame and slider. The machine is hydraulically driven, with cylinders at both ends directly driving the slider. A torsion shaft synchronization mechanism ensures synchronized slider movement. A mechanical stop mechanism ensures stable and reliable operation.
The CNC system controls the dimensions of the back gauge and sliding stroke, with high-precision ball screws ensuring stable operation and accurate positioning of the back gauge. This controller system uses frequency conversion control technology, features multi-step programming, and is simple and convenient to operate.
An inclined wedge deflection compensation mechanism ensures high bending accuracy during operation. Safety barriers are installed around the machine, the electrical cabinet has a door-opening cut-off function, emergency stop buttons are located on both the front and rear sides, and a protective foot switch ensures safe working conditions.
Each bending machine is first wrapped in plastic film, then placed in a wooden crate filled with foam.
We load the goods onto the port terminal using heavy-duty trucks. At the terminal, we pack the goods into containers and ship them overseas.

Each bending machine is equipped with multiple high-precision stop fingers, each with a fine-tuning device; the crossbeam is equipped with double linear guides for even higher precision.
A 10-inch TFT touchscreen with a 256K color display, equipped with standard Y and X1 axis servo motors for precise control. It supports angle programming and automatic calculation of board bending depth. Slider (Y-axis) position control and rear limiter (X1-axis) position control are available. Up to 220 programs are provided, each consisting of 24 steps, along with soft-limiting functionality and power-off memory. It is compatible with X2, R1, R2, Z1, and Z2 matching with support for compensation.
