The entire machine is designed according to JB/T2257.2-92 (Chinese National Standard) "Technical Conditions for Bending Machines" and GB/T14349-93 "Precision of Bending Machines". All parts of the machine are designed using computer graphics, computer element analysis, and computer-aided manufacturing. CAD, CAE, and CAM software are used for machine structure design, ensuring sufficient structural strength and rigidity for each machine component.

Features of WC67K-63T-2500mm Hydraulic Press Brake

The overall steel frame welded structure makes the bending machine robust, highly rigid, and highly resistant to impact and explosion.

It is equipped with a dedicated CNC system for bending machines manufactured by DELEM (or other CNC systems for shearing and folding machines specified by the customer).

The rear material (X), smooth part path, or travel distance (Y) are controlled automatically by computer.

The rear material uses both average lead screws and precision ball screws.

The mechanical steel plate welded structure uses VSR to eliminate internal stress, resulting in high mechanical strength and good rigidity. 7. Hydraulic dual-cylinder drive, mechanical block, and torsion shaft are synchronized, ensuring smooth and reliable operation with high precision.
