W11 mechanical three-roller plate rolling machine is mainly used for rounding off plates from 4mm to 40mm and 1500mm to 4000mm in length, it is a very affordable and economical plate rolling machine, which is the best choice for customers with small processing volume.
The structure of the machine is three-roll symmetrical, the upper roller in the middle of the two lower rollers symmetrical position for vertical lifting movement, through the screw worm drive to obtain the upper roller for lifting movement, through the reducer output gear meshing with the lower roller gear to obtain the two lower rollers for mutual rotation movement, to provide torque for the rolling plate. This three-roll symmetrical coiling machine forms the cylindrical workpiece into a coil through the pressing effect of the top roller and the face-to-face rolling of the top and bottom rollers. It is mainly composed of the working unit, the driving unit, the balancing unit, the base and the cone unit, etc.

1. Work Unit
The work unit is composed of left and right roller bearing seats, one top roller, two bottom rollers, a worm gear and worm wheel, as well as some auxiliary components.
The drive of the bottom rollers is achieved by the main motor through the main reducer. The output bearing of the main reducer is transmitted to the two bottom rollers through a set of gears. The direction of the transmission is changed by reversing the main motor.

2. Main Drive Unit
The main drive unit consists of a main motor, a main reduction motor, and some auxiliary components. The drive of the bottom rollers is achieved by the main motor through the main reduction motor. The output bearing of the main reducer is transmitted to the two lower rollers through a set of gears. The direction of the transmission is changed by reversing the main motor.

3. Application of the Unloading Unit
After the cylinder workpiece is completed, before removing it from the left bearing seat, raise the top roller to its position, press the rear part of the top roller with the balance beam, then pull out the shaft pin from the tapped bearing. Stand it upright and strike the bearing seat. The complete workpiece is removed from the top roller side.
This is composed of a mobile operating platform. The lifting distance of the lower rollers of the control box can be adjusted to a certain extent, and this adjustment can be made through a single operation using an optical encoder.
The manual blanking device is used for the cylindrical parts after the rolling process is completed.
The two lower rollers are the driving rollers, while the upper roller is also a driving roller.
The idler wheel has one upper roller that moves vertically up and down.
The two centers of the lower rollers are in position, and the upper roller is raised.
This is achieved through the motor, reducer, and worm gear.
The transmission of the bottom roller is achieved through the main motor and the main reducer.
