This machine is an upper roll adjustment type. The upper roll is located between the two lower rolls and is driven by a screw to move upward/downward and bend steel plates.
The equipment consists of two parts: the working parts and the drive system. The working parts consist of left and right bearing plates, one upper roll, two lower rolls (the material of these three rolls is heat-treated 45# steel), a lifting screw, and worm gear, etc. The lower rolls drive the upper roll to move. The upper roll can be adjusted upward/downward. The drive system consists of a main motor, a main reducer gear, and other auxiliary parts.
The lower rolls are driven by the main motor and the main reducer gear. The main shaft of the main reducer drives the two lower rolls through a set of gears, and the direction is adjusted by the main motor.
The upper roll is lifted by an auxiliary motor and a secondary reducer, driving the worm gear and worm wheel at the position of the left and right rolling bearing plates.
The unloading device is used for bending circular workpieces. When the unloading upper roller moves to its upper limit position, the balancing device at the upper roller end strikes the upper roller to remove the workpiece.

The machine's bottom roller and side rollers are synchronized via a PLC control system.
