The QC11Y/K hydraulic guillotine shear with E21S features an all-steel welded structure and comprehensive treatment (vibration aging, heat treatment) to eliminate internal stress, resulting in excellent rigidity and stability. The X-axis (back gauge) and cutting time can be programmed by the E21S system controller, storing up to 40 programs. An advanced integrated hydraulic system ensures high reliability. Three-point support rolling guides eliminate support gaps, improving shearing quality. Blade gap adjustment is quick, accurate, and convenient via handwheel or electric adjustment. Four-edge rectangular blades offer long service life. The upper blade holder with an inward-tilting structure facilitates material drop and improves workpiece accuracy. It also features a light-aligned segmented shearing function.
